The Shechina Is In Exile, But Where?

Rabbi David Yisrael Kalmus – In this video Rabbi Kalmus explains the concept of the upper tzaddik and the lower tzaddik. Some examples are: Moshe and Yehoshua, Rabbi Akiva and Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai and that G-d’s presence rests between these pairs. Also, an interesting perspective about why G-d’s presence is hidden today and a major cause is people learning for alterior motives.

Reading Megillat of Eicha on Tisha B’Av

Tisha B’Av is observed Saturday night after Shabbat. It is a day of mourning for many tragedies in Jewish history including the destruction of both Temples. Many of the videos I posted recently explain some aspects. It is customary to recite/read/listen to the book of Eicha on Saturday night after the evening prayer (Maariv) after Shabbat is over.
