Rabbi Avraham Meyer Zajac – Very interested short video explaning when we say brachot (blessing) after Rabbinic mitzvot (ie. Shabbat candles, Chanukah candles, Hallel, Lulav) and why do we say that Hashem commanded us to say a Rabbinically based mitzvah. Furthermore, these brachot are said before the mitzva which contrasts with the bracha we say after we wash our hands (netilat yadayim) is preparation to eat bread. Rabbi Zajac explains why there is this before and after difference.
